Cultivating Marijuana Charges -- Dismissed

    Sucks that I was in jail for 10 days to do it, but upon showing my medical marijuana license in a courtroom in the Harbor Justice Center in Irvine, my misdemeanor charge of Cultivating Marijuana Charge was dropped! I'm going to see if I could get my light back from the Lake Forest, California Police Department on Monday. (Not sure why a light would be illegal? Allegedly used to commit a crime?) I'm happy with the outcome though. Just thought I would share. Have a great day!

    Did they destroy you're crop? I've heard of legal growers during cops for destroyed crops.

    Hopefully next time you can skip the arrest and 10 days in jail and just keep your freedom.
