Crystals in my seeds?

This morning my order from attitude arrived, took 3 days to deliver which made me pritty happy lol.

Anyway, 10 of those were from seedsman and inside the little bag are to shards of different coloured crystals or glass maybe?

Is this normal?

 

I would post pics but crystals are illegal in my country

 

I thought it might be that, like silica beads or something?
