It's been so long since I posted here. Time for an update. Still doing crossfit though not as frequently due to work. I try and make it in 3-4 times a week. My endurance is definitely down but my strength has improved a tad except on my squats Big PR on my deadlift the other week finally hit 5 plates for 495 lbs. wish I had my and back tho :'( How have y'all been
