If they were offened they would of pulled the plants and left them on the ground, or rolled a tree log over themm to totally destroy the.

No way. The best weed in the world isint worth your freedom man. They might not have touched them in order to notify law enforcement. They might not have wanted to tamper with evidence. I would say scope it out from time to time, but dont attempt to care for the plants. If your lucky, you might be able to sneak out during harvest time and get them, but i seriously doubt it. The logging company is most likely obligated to report that sort of thing ESPECIALLY if its on their land. Because they are responsible for any weed growing on it. Like i said, nothings worth your freedom, you'll be sorry you went after your plants when your getting fucked in the ass in some federal penetentary by some guy named bobo. Just be careful man.

just move them, i wouldn't worry about 25 plants being investigated, police have larger issues to worry about. even if the loggers made a report on it, theres no way you could get caught going back there to move them, unless caught red handed.

 

i would never go out to that spot again who knows the police are crazy they could have like cameras sit up and shit and like fucking people hiding in the trees with bincoluars and fucking helicopters dropping robes and big navy seals drop down and punch you in the face... the goverments crazy dude if u go there put on a mask and dodge and roll the sniper bullets.

 

I would do as others said and maybe scope it out from a far for a while, to see what is going on. 25 plants in a rural or suburban area would be the bust of a year for those cops.

If it was me I probably wouldn't take the risk. It's ironic that loggers ruined it for you. I hate logging companies, making money off of chopping down forrests.

They don't need evidence. Did you know that the government doesent even need anything to seize your money, car, or even your house. They can take the car you drove there in, and say you used it to cultivate.. They don't even need to have a court proceeding. They can also seize your house, they just have to say that they suspected you started the plants there. They can keep them until you go to court, and even then you prolly wont get it back. They give you a little receipt to say that they seized them. They dont even need to charge you to seize them, they can just take them. So yes, we are paranoid, but we need to be if we want to stay out of handcuffs. So dont be a dumbass, go buy some weed, get blazed, and just forget about it. Know that you kept yourself out of jail, and thats whats important. Not to mention a criminal record with cultivation on it is going to keep you from geting 99% of jobs out there. Most people cant even get one with a simple posession charge.
