Crohns disease help

    Well hey guys, I will try to keep this short. I already have GERD but I might have crohns... I am going in to see a GI specialist within the next few weeks. The previous doctor I saw already thinks it is it based on my symptoms already and is sending me to the GI to confirm. It was a county hospital because I don't have insurance, so the doctor really didn't tell me much. So can anyone with this disease help and tell me foods I should and shouldn't eat? Any specific strains they had help improve stomach issues? I was looking to try growing a high CBD strain from CBD crew but haven't tried any of their buds so I am warry. Any help would be appreciated.
