crock pot cannabutter question.

    Hello there I just put ten to fourteen grams in my crock pot with six cups of water and set it on low I am doing while everyone is sleeping outside with an extension cord, now my question is can I leave it for seven hours then pour into mason jars and strain with coffee filters then out into the fridge and separate the butter from water
