Ok, so my back hurts. Like a lot! I can't move it and all I can do is lay down or stand up with my back super straight. I'm 18 years old and I have back problems How can I make it stop???? (Also, I'm already taking Advil)
Have you seen a chiropractor? I'd suggest a breast reduction if your big chested, but no Dr would probably do it with you only being 18.
Sparkles do you have a heating pad? That really helps me when I have muscles spasms, or tight muscles, or when I pull a muscle. You can make one by putting rice in a sock and heating it in the microwave.
I'll have to look... I think I have one around here somewhere. I love the idea of the DIY heating pad!!
If you don't mind: How tall are you and bra size? If they are big for your body frame you could qualify through your insurance. A Dr probably still wouldn't do it but it would be good to know for future ref. I had a breast reduction done in Feb 2001. I'm 5'3" . I was a 42D. I'm a perky 36-38D (depending on where i am in my cycle). I went to my primary and got a referrence to a plastic surgeon. They told me on my first visit that i was a perfect candidate. It took like 2-3 wks for my insurance to approve it.
I like how this thread turned into a discussion about breast. It's not about the size of the breast but the shape.
Creepers gonna creep. If you don't have abnormally large breasts, it's probably not that. Stretching is a good idea. What part of you back is bothering you? It could easily be tight muscles pinching a nerve. (That's what I have) Getting a deep tissue or even neuromuscular massage (often) might help. Once ever two weeks probably until it gets better. Followed by warm epsom salt bath will take out the soreness from the massage.
Sorry, i'm aware of that. duh. When they did the surgery i went to a 36C. I got pregnant exactly one yr later, so mine have grown because of it.
It's my lover back. Especially on the left side. Sometimes when I step wrong my leg gives out from under me because I feel like I'm getting electrocuted by the pain... But it's also all along my spinal column and its extremely stiff and I can't really move my neck
Is it so low that it's kind of...the top of you ass? haha If so, it's definitely you sciatic nerve being pinched. You'll need to get a massage to loosen the muscles up. Trust. If not you'll live with that shit. Regardless, go get it looked at. No one on a forum can tell you exactly what's wrong, and it's best to know for sure!
I seem to recall that you cheer from what I've seen in other posts? That shit is mad physical. If you do it's so easy to injure yourself and not know it. If it persists go to a doc. One of my best friends from high school was the cheer captain and I can't even count how many concussions, sprains, and broken bones she had.
