Credit where credits due.

  1. Hey guys, first post!

    I've been reading a lot of threads on this website (and many others) complaining about long shipping broken/lost items delivering etcetc.. But I felt my personal experience should be shared..
    I made my first purchase Monday, (a piece and a carb stopper) paid extra for tracking, got the tracking number the next day (was also shipped then too. I have just received my delivery!
    Maybe they've upped their game now after so much bad reviews.
    Any other positive experiences ?

  3. I've been meaning to order from this site but the bad reviews turned me away. So I'm also wondering the same.

  4. I think it depends on whether your purchase is coming from the US or Europe. My first order (a couple of years ago) was a mix of both warehouses and I didn't realize that. I thought it was all US. I got absolutely no responses about the order from GC. About 3 weeks later the European warehouse order arrived and it was all good. After that I emailed again asking where the US order was since I'd just gotten the European one. Still no response but 2 days later I got a shipping notice for the US order. Everything arrived, but I don't think it would have if I hadn't been emailing, and they never actually responded to any of my emails. About a year later I decided to give them a second chance. I made sure that what I picked was shipping from the US. The order came fine, no issues. YMMV
  5. Mine was coming to the UK, the bad press did worry me quite a bit but I'll be more than happy to use GC again
    @Sticky Rice have you used them lately?
  6. I ordered a bubbler years ago from here and it came in as a completely different color scheme than what I picked. That honestly turned me off from buying glass from GC. Got some papers as well and those were right.
  7. That sucks :/ Did you contact them about it? But like you said it was years ago, they could've improved their service to how it should be now.
