Hi, I'm just about ready to place my order, but I have to make a quick change of plans. I originally thought I could use Stormpay.com with my personal bank account to pay for my piece. However, the information needed at the site is not available with my bank for some reason (ABA numbers aren't issued to canadian bank accounts...). So long annoying/frustrating story short, after many calls and e-mails to my bank, I've decided to screw it and pay directly with my credit card. Problem is, it's a shared account and I'd like to know what shows up on the bill. (if it's something obvious or not). This also brings me to my final quick question, why in the heck doesn't GrassCity accept paypal!?!? Thanks! Update: Okay I just ordered with my credit card, but when I went to order status, it shows two order numbers! Each saying I ordered a CCG spoon for 73,50$!!! One says ccpending in status, while the other says cc cleared or something like that meaning it was finalized. I got the receipt for the order that said cleared, but the other one I haven't received anything yet. They both have the same date and time, but I'm certain I only hit confirm order once!!! I sent a support request, I just hope they can cancel it! I just want one spoon! lol
PayPal is based out of the US and are assholes when it comes to the products we sell. Trust me...we'd love to be able to accept PayPal. We'll get a PM to you about what shows up on the cc statement. They prefer that it not be in here.
Really? I know of a few shops that accept paypal, but they're based in the US and don't have a really good selection. Maybe they just lie about what they sell though. Thanks for the reply! Looking forward to ordering my spoon!
They shouldn't even be OPEN if their based out of the US. Operation Pipe Dreams shut down all the sites. In fact, it just went after a rather new one that tried to get started. I'll PM you now before I jump in the shower.
That's strange, they said they were located in cali. Oh well, I bought my spoon from you guys with the credit card and am happy! Except for one problem that I updated on my first post! Is this normal to have one saying cc cleared and one saying cc pending? What's going on with this anyway?
You might send them an email @ support@grasscity.com along with all your info. If you did the email already, use the support page...but I think you used the support page. They're pretty good about getting back to you.
