(sorry if a lot of you dont like reading long ass stories but i need your help so please read )thanks okay so 2 nights ago my and about 20 other friends were celebrating my 2 other friends bdays who are twins.. it was sat night and we were all planning on going to this place we call the cabana club which is sorta like a clubhouse thing you see in gated communtiies.. but the inside part was locked so we just all chilled out side under the roof and drank , smoked some bud, and eventually got some yay between me and my 3 other homies,,, about 100 dollars worth .. oh yea i forgot to metion that before we went to the cabana club , my friend had e and offerred to give me half of a pill to snort with him cuz he took one earlyer before... so it was around mabe like 12:15 ? idk i was pretty fucked up and i was super crossfaded and we finally got the yay from a friend who took over an hour to get it. so almost everyone goes into one of the bathrooms that was there to watch us 4 hit the yay up hhaha which was weirdf cuxz that was my first time doing it..any ways after doing the yay i have no more memory of the night ....... my friend said that everyone besides my and my friend skyler left around 1 oclock... and he specifically told skylar to stay with me so i dint drive or do sumthing stupid . (which is what happened later) another thing i hear from my other friend nick is that skylar told her after everyone left when it was only me and skylar , the cops came and skylar didnt know....skylar told her that when he was going to go piss somewhere near the entrance oof the cabana club he saw a fucking cop just posted there cuz the entrance of the C.C is locked from the outside .. the cop wwas like(hey you! stay right there!) and skylar recently just got a d.u.i so he couldnt risk anything so he jumped a fence and i guess the cops didnt know i was there too. so they left and when skylar lost the cops he came back for me and i wasnt there! okay so the next memory i have of the night was of me walking down some street in the middle of the night around 4 in the morning and idk why but i guess the bud, alcohol, e, and yay fucked my mindset up and so i had the randum urge to run naked thru the streets of huntington beach! hahha i do not know why the fuck i wanted that but i did it.. i was runnning and walking for a bit completly naked and then after a whille when i got to one of the more main streets where there are more cars .. a truck passes me and theopposite side of the street.. but slows down after he sees me naked.. i continue to walk past him and i realize he makes a u-turn and drives up to me on the sidewalk . he gets out and im still naked and he like . "dood whats wrong with you!? why are you naked ?? aand in my mind i was like fuck this might be an off duty cop or sumthing so dont fuck around ... so what came out of my mouth was . " oh nuthing doood im just on my way home . my friends took my boxers. (cuz i dint have any cuz i guess i dropped them sumwhere on my journey haha) . him: " what are you on man ?!" i was like nuthing bro im ok , me and my friends tried salvia earlyer and decided to fuck with me and stole my boxers..(came off the top of my head cuz i thought salvia would sound way better than yay, e, weed and alcohol. lol ) he was like dood why dont you sit down right here . i was like nah man i just wana get home and i dont want any kind of trouble . he was like nah man just sit down.. i was like are you a cop or sumthing ??? i think said no and said sit dwon again. after that i was soooo sketched out and told him" hey man im sorry but i got to go and i dont want any trouble .. have a good night . ill be fine ." and i starteed walking away from him. i noticed he was still on the fone which was the cops i assumed.. so later about 5 mins haha i was walking about two streets dwon from where that same guy was and he rolls up in the same truck and pulls up right next to me and says sumthing and the next thing i know he pulls out fucking pepper spray and the mutherfucking guy shoots me in the eye with it! ( can i press charges on him ? cuz he had no motive to shoot me and i was totally calm the whole time i talked to him .. i was totally respectfull and i never made anysudden movments.) then i was on the floor for what i think was mabe 10 mins crying cuz that shit hurts sooooooo fucking bad(imagine burning your eyes with acid or sum shit!) and i can still feed it right now my eyes are sstill puffy and red! but anyways i was on the floor and just crying for water and then i hear more voices and more people .. they asked me what i was on.. and i said nuthing sir . i tried salvia with some friend earliyer but thats it... he askeed me what i was on again.. are u drunk man ? i remember specifically saying nothing sir i tried some salvia but thats it .. ive had nuthin to drink tonight sir.. and while we were talking i was face down on the floor just rubbbing the fuck out of my eyes cuz that shit hurts! they didnt hand cuff me untill a little later .. but while i was on the floor a keptt begging for sum water or sumthing to clean my eyes out like non stop and they said: be a man dood . just put your eyes in the grass and that will help it. and i just kepft asking and asking . they even said that a medical car was coming ..... finally i was able to open my eyes when they picked me up cuz i wanted to know what was happeneing. but it hurt sooo bad to open them.. ( that whole night i never once saw an ambulance or got anything to help me out with my eyes.) they picked me up off the grass and handcuffed me and i asked wat was going to happen cuz they never even bothered to tell me! they said i was goiun to jail for 6 hours for being intoxicated in public. (not once that night did they do anything to prove that i was intoxicated and i never addmited that i was drunk . only the salvia i addmited but said that it was earlyer that night..) so then i went to jail till 9 oclock the next mormnimg and just walked home after that.. now can sumone please give me ur opinion on this gay ass night? thanks alot my ticket reads . 1. that fucking sucks. 2. yea they had no right to pepper spray you. 3. did they read you your rights? if they didn't, you have some standing. really, they are the cops. what they say goes. i doubt that your going to be able to fight it.
they did not read any rights too me.. and i know this for a fact because once the pepper spray hit my face everything i did that night vanished and all my senses focused on my face hahha it was like a cure for being high / drunk

Dude, it's fucked up that you got pepper sprayed, real fucked up. But honestly do you really expect to run naked through public and have nothing happen? Not trying to be an ass, but think about it.
man you should not have even said anything about the salvia. also, you cant really be too upset, you were drunk/yaked/stoned (not to mention NAKED) in public and got caught. that is definitely public intoxication, and definitely against the law, and you can definitely get cited for it. so sucks but maybe next time you'll take it easy on the drugs and shit? idk also, some people catch sex offender charges for being naked in public, just be glad youre not a registered sex offender now. cuz then youd REALLY be fucked.

It sucks man but public intoxication (where I'm from) is no big deal. My buddy got that charge a few months back for being whacked out on booze and ambien. He pissed on a cop car with the cop in it He spent a few hours in jail and got a 150$ fine. I guess try to be happy you didn't get additional charges. I would try to find the fuck who sprayed you and feed it to him
