crackling noise when pipe is hit?

    I have been smoking for 11 years(started young) and have had many bongs and pipes of different kinds but recently I bought a spoon that's is 3 inches long and has a small bowl that can maybe hold .2, anyways when ever you get to the last 1 or 2 hits it starts to make a crackling noise. This is the only pipe I have ever had that has done this, any idea why?

    It's probably the sound of weed being burnt. You know when your at a campfire and you throw in a stick, it starts crackling? That's the same thing.

    It might be but I smoke the same weed out of my other pipes and never get the same sound, even with similar sized bowls.

    probably the resin and build-up inside the bowl, when it gets heated like that it will make the sound you're describing

    That's about what I guessed, I have just heard story's of ghetto ass head shops that have employees that use and then put shit back on the shelves from a buddy of mine who worked in a shady shop, and I got the pipe from a head shop that was kinda sketch

    I picked up some weed once that crackled when you smoked it. Blunts, joints, bongs, all the same sound.

    Sometimes the burning weed will "crackle" or spark if the plant was not properly flushed of the nutrients it was being fed before harvest.

    I do grow...you need to flush your nutrients from the soil before your harvest....this is common knowledge

    Huh, I don't use "nutes" guy. My soil has everything the plant needs, from beginning to end. No "flushing" or measuring out nutes over here bruh.

    Ok then you're using amendments not bottled nutrients....that's the difference between organic and non organic.....I don't see what you're driving at....

    I know what the difference is, I'm an organic grower, what exactly is YOUR point :-/. At the end of the day, no matter what you do, you CANT FLUSH a plant. Period.
