Got a bong and a bubbler from the LHS for a huge discount because they each had small cracks. They still hold water, but I want to make sure by sealing any leaks. Does anyone know anything I can use to seal leaks which is safe?

I would personally just get some type of apoxie and rub very very very very thin layer across the cracks. I I once broke my hookah clean in half I put some epoxy on the break and it's sealed back perfectly and I used it for a whole new year and a half before I finally tossed it. You should definitely post pictures and prices first before you take my advice for you do anything rash
^Not an unorthodox method. That's about the only method. If the cracks are below the water line they'll start leaking eventually no mater what you do, aside from melting the glass back together. Best thing to do is sand around the crack really good with a medium/medium-fine grit paper to get the area roughed up. Clean it with iso. Then but on a layer of jb weld (regular original black and red tubes or you could try the marine version of jb) and work it into the glass with your finger for a minute. Get a nice maybe 1/16" thick layer over and around the crack and before it dries wipe off any excess around the patch so it has nice clean lines and doesn't look like shit.
10 bucks for this lil thing. its only defect is a small crack on the side where the arrow is: Just below the water level, but it doesnt leak except for like a drop every half an hour/hour My roommate bought python waterproof glue and sealed his crack with that. I thought it might be a little sketchy
100% clear silicone works very well it's also food safe sticks to glass very well and if you apply it well it'll look like the crack was never there
my roommate bought and used waterproof polyurethane glue on his piece to fix the crack. I was weary about using it on mine because I think it may be unsafe. The difference is his crack is above the water line, mine is SLIGHTLY below.
