I have court on the 17th for possesion of under an ounce. i was wondering if i get a medical card before that is it possible to have the charges dropped. im unsure of it because ill have gotten the card after the violation,but if the card has no date on it then they cant prove that i didnt have it at the time.does anyone know if the cards have issued dates on them?
Won't work because they would just simply ask why didn't you tell the officer while you were being arrested, I suppose if you did get the card though they wouldn't put you at maximum fines, because you would have a reason to use it.
I see, thanks for responding. its not going to be that bad its just 100$fine. but i dont like things being on my record.
