The only time I've been to court, it was for getting busted with bud by a Marshall . We had just smoked a blunt so he didnt have anything on us and he didn't even show to the hearing.
I have been to jail in a foreign country for a few hours once. I was caught with hash, open alcohol, no license, no car license, had condoms just sitting there(not illegal but it pissed them off) and one more thing. Luckily, it was a who you know kinda situation. The officer threw the paper thing he wrote the incident in( I don't know the name in English), apologized and let me out. the bottle was in the trunk of the car but it was opened and almost done, they don't take alcohol too seriously but everything together added up. This was the only time I get that close to getting fucked, usually we deal with the cops who bust us before going back to the police station.
