    Hello,

    A few weeks ago I was arrested in Peach Tree City, Georgia on account of the gram of marijuana in my friends car (which I was an occupant of). Anyway, I must return to Georgia on Wednesday for the arraignment and was curious (seeing how this is my first legal trouble I am quite ignorant on the ways of court) if there would be a drug test at court. I have done my best to stay clean since i got arrested, and plan on using the niacin/h2o method that is oh-so-popular in these threads. Any kernals of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.

    no drug tests man, toke up, unless u get on probation if u are then yes u will have to stay clean, man when i went to jail for possesion under 2 oz.s right when i fuckin got out i rolled and fuckin smoked lik a zone so dont worry so much about it its ur 1st offense no big deal

    I suggest you stay clean better safe then sorry, drink lots of water, and make sure you dont test with your first piss of the day cause thats when most of the toxins of your body go ... is in the morning .... so anyways that sux's cant you just say I didnt know he had it on him?

    p.s dont forget to show your aggrevation that this isnt your fault, and its not like he had a pound of it on him where you would be able to detect it

    today i was in court for poss. under a gram...i now have a resticted license for 6 months and weekly drug testing for 10 weeks...wow that sucks. This is all in VA by the way

    lol why would he eat it ? so he wouldnt get caught with possesion under a gram, lol why would he eat it, I dunno maybe to not spend a night in jail, to not have to go to court and get stuck with probation and drug testing maybe? wats worse lossing 10$gram or spending 200$ in fines if not more??

    yea seriously why wouldnt he eat it, shit like in super troopers that guy eats like a half ounce haha. THE SHnozzberries taste liek shnozzberries

    man if I were you I would of been blazing it up 24/7 before I went to court. Even if they did drug test you then so what? even if you didnt blaze you still would of had thc in your system, they already know u smoke weed so why not take advantage of it while you still can

    I was never tested after being arrested with .3g, a resined up bong and a wood bowl... and i was high when it happened
