John Roberts has to be the worst conservative pick any Republican President has ever made, I mean this guy liberal to the bone. I still can't believe he upheld obamacare, I hope wherever he goes people boo his ass.

  2. But we are just conspiracy theorists.

Go back to sleep people we didn't mean to wake you.

That may be true, but it doesn't mean that some of the Court's rulings are cool.  :smoke:

  5. Basically that some are a bit too heavy on the conspiricy theories and that yes, the Courts do fuck things up at times. This is a bad ruling. Perhaps after being found guilty, but it shouldn't apply at arrest, at the whim of officers. :smoke:

    That makes sense now.

There is something people should know about conspiracies though.

Its not like everyone is in on them.

For example I don't believe Obama is evil. Obama probly truely believes in what he's doing. He happens to be the candidate who's beliefs work the conspirators.

  7. wow.... sickening..

  8. I could see it making sense in serious crimes like a more than likely murder or maybe a very serious felony but I can totally see this being abused for harassment on traffic stops that the driver doesn't consent to a search or something.

But, I bet this will be the start of a nation wide catalog of every citizen's DNA. Next will be schools requiring it for kids to enroll and then it will end up with every child at birth getting their DNA logged.

Welcome to our brave new world ladies and gentlemen.

  9. No it never makes sense.

Its by definition an "unwarrented search/seizure"

The cop needs to issue a warrent even if they just arrested a murder.

If they arrested someone for murder there is no need for a DNA test.

If a DNA test is required for a murder case get the warrenr.

    Period

My sentiments the same, though I should have been more clear. In serious felonies and murder cases it would make sense that they would have warrants, that's why I used those examples.

But, the real thing that irks me is what I said before, that I could totally see this being furthered to other things like public school enrollment and or DNA logging to be required of citizens.

  11. By far the thing people should fear most in this world is government.

    Not terrorism
    Not bad people.
    Not nature
    Not famine

    Government

  12. I can totally agree with that yuri, the government is too big and will only get bigger gaining more control if we turn a blind eye to our loss if freedoms and privacy. But it seems we are well on our way down that road.

  13. People are afraid. They want security.

    The terrorist literally won

    Which ones?

  15. There's alot of hubbub on the reason terrorist attack us
    Some say backlash
Some say they don't like our rights

If we say yeah it's because they don't like the rights we have

Then wouldn't we be losing the war of terror by taking away these rights
Shouldn't we be proud of them and protect them no matter what attacks are made

Still more have died from the war on terror than the acts of terrorist

O shit we lost that one two I guess

  16. They've been taking swabs since July 2010 her in Denver. I guess it helps with sexual crimes?

  18. Not enough attention has been brought to this issue IMO.

  19. They were taking DNA when I was 18 In LA
    Back in 2007

  20. dont really see the problem with dna swabs but doing it without a warrant should be illegal. But theyve been doing shit without warrants for years out in the open now. And before the patriot act the feds were probably doing it secretly.

id be more pissed if they came in guns blazing to my house without a warrant and shot my cat vs taking a swab of my dna.
