Im new to growing and I have been doing some research. I have just germinated 4 seeds. I bought a couple CFL lights (only 23 watts) and i wansnt sure how many to use. As of now, I will only have four plants in a small 1.5' x 2.5 x 1.5 box. (I plan on moving them outside once they get started) How many of these lights should I use, and do i begin using the lights before or afters the plants break the soil? Any help would be appreciated.
as for how many to use i really couldnt tell you maybe someone else can. But you should use them after they break the soil i mean theres no point in giving it light when all ur giving is the soil light lol. Just when they break put them on and dont keep them to far away but not to close. Theres a thing on overgrow the FAQ with cfl lights and what not how much to use what kind and stuff try looking in there they have a lot of helpfull things and its basically all growing over there over here its more recreational so get a taste of them both.
