Couple New Grower Questions, Please Help

  1. Hey, I'm wondering if I can germinate my seeds, and put them in earthgro for the first few weeks because I most likely won't have my ffof soil and ff soil additives till early may but I want to get my seeds ready for it, so would it be okay? Or should I just wait?
    Also in South fl, there are many bugs, so what would you guys and gals recommend for them?

    This will all be outdoor.
     
  2. Any soil will work temporarily.perhaps a beer cup for now.takes a couple weeks to root bound.are you using auto flowers,just curious.I love them couple months alakazam wham bam thank you mam,buds.

  4. Sounds like a good choice.I need the speed of the auto flowers to beat the thieves. Worked now for a couple of years out of the ground in July,no ones looking for buds yet,working for me.Good Luck my friend,

    Easy Organic Soil Mix for Beginners
    Can skip the FFOF and just build your own for way less coin..
    1//3rd Peat moss
    1/3rd perlite
    1/3rd high quality compost..
    Kelp, alfalfa, crab shell meal, Neem seed Meal..
    .
    Outside I really only use 2 products as mother nature self regulates for the most part..
    Green Cure for the powdery Mildew
    BT for the every present moth caterpillars.. AKA Budworms.. If you have moths in your porch light you'll have caterpillars in your buds..

    If your growing outside your going to need an IPM ( integrated pest management ) routine.. This one is mine..

    To avoid the sprayer contamination issue I had last year I simply bought 4 sprayers

    Most all of this can be found at Home Depot or Lowes except the Green Cure.. Hydro shop for that..
    Buy a new sprayer and rinse really well between solutions or buy multiple sprayers like I did..
    I do my treatments like any good farmer.. up well before dawn
    Spray BT on Monday..
    Green Cure on Tuesday
    Neem on Wednesday.. Only in veg
    Spinosad Thursday
