I saw some threads with people who play Counter-Strike 1.6, but I wanna know if anyone plays CS:Source? Don't say CS:Source is for n00bs, because it's not. I'll admit 1.6 is harder, but Source has it's difficulties in itself. I just don't wanna turn this thread into something that it should't be which is a flame war. So, if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. Yep, I play CS:Source. But I usually just play lan with friends. I hardly play on the internet anymore, I play CoD2 alot more.
I just got started playing cs (1.6) this week. Its super hard, but I'm very slowly getting the hang of it. Luckily, I have a friend who is awsome at it, and is teaching me.
word, use your friends lists in steam, its really easy to join a friends game when there online i play as bonenator22

C'mon guys, he doesn't need you to tell him source is for n00bs. I play source, I played 1.6 for 1-2 years... I bought this Graphics card and Memory for a reason, I'd rather play source. yea yea, i got you fakdded, i added u. And i totally agree that source is easier. i'm ex-cal_m for 1.6. But now source is out, there's no wayi can go back to those shitty grafix of 1.6. also, its two different styles of play.
