    You can see a tiny 'Made in Cali' insignia if you look closely.  Yes those buds actually were grown in North Cali by a guy named Fredrick Hamilton.  You should be able to find a phone number if you flip the weed over.

    Obviously I am asking quality wise does it look on par with cali medical? Not who grew it specifically.

    Yes, it could be purp from cali. But it could also be purp from whatever city you're from, a city near that, a city near that one, so on and so forth. There's no such thing as 'cali medical quality' really- dispensaries carry stuff ranging from lower grade outdoor to amazing, top shelf indoor. So no, it wouldn't be incredibly farfetched to find something of that quality in a dispensary
