k so after i take my 1 month old plants out of my seedling cabinet and put them in the veg caibnet i have 16 seedlings and i was wondering for the veg phase could i put them under a 400 watt hps and i also have 4 42 watt cfl hanging i know this wouldnt be enough light to flower them but just for veg then im going to put them in a cabinet with a 1000 watt hps and 6 42 watts cfl would the
