could my friend sue??

    i was just reading some posts and notice some said the police cant make you take your shoes off to see if you have weed in their because that would be *strip* searching, then i remembered a storie my friend was telling me about how he got expelled for having weed, and quess what .... he hid the weed in his shoe and the school made him take his shoes off to check for weed. i was just wondering if he would be able to sue the school for making him take his shoes off to search him, btw my friend and i live in cananda just incase the law is different here.

    any help on this situation???

    Your friend was in the wrong anyway for bringing weed on a school campus.

    Also they can look in your shoes, but they can't make you take your socks off.

    Suing a school isn't as easy as Kyle's dad makes it look man.
