Could marijuana lead to a feudal style societies away from orthodox western Civilization?

  1. In aincient Japan, if you grew rice and food, you were emperor and aincient Japan for it's early aincient history had alot of people who grew rice farms called rice kingdoms. Imagine if there was some unconquered or unclaimed land somewhere on Earth or if say Russia (though of course they'll never do this) willingly gave Siberia away because of it's vasy inhospitable and cold living climate or if that part of Antarctica that isn't claimed by any nation or if we were to somehow put an atmosphere on the moon and give it a climate and land form amd allow vegetation and a sky and colonialists moved these these places and established farms for food and mostly for cannabis. Do you think it could be possible that what aincient Japan had done with their rice kingdoms that made their emperor's could be the same but with cannabis kingdoms? (Cannabis kingdom sounds like a nice name for a seed bank lol)
