I don't see how. That kind of glass is far too thin to be drilled. You could use it is as an independent chamber perhaps, but the opening at the top is far too small to accomedate two tubes of any considerable diameter.

I jacked a bunch of shit like that from the chemistry lab a few years ago. I thought, what the hell I am gonna make a bong. After breaking 3 I got an idea. I heated the glass, not to much, and prety eavenly, and drilled ever so cerefully while the glass was hot. I broke 2 more till I got it, on the last one i took. I never remembered to use a heat gun or thermometer or anything like that to actually see what the temp was, I just know, under the right circumstance, and with a little trial and error, it can be done.
