Ehhhhh...houston texas first frost is around dec.6 according to google. I mean you probably could put something out there if you really wanted too but they might not finish and will be a super small yield.
The only reason I'm asking is cuz I have some free seeds from herbies that I wouldn't mind losing if they didn't work. How much do you think I could yield? About an oz?
I don't believe you will have enough time to finish, even autoflowers. It's not going to get the light it needs to finish the days are getting shorter. Personally I think it would be a much better investment on those seeds is if you germinate them around december, and then veg them indoors and get them nice and big to go outdoors next season, and you'll pull a huge yield next year.
