Coughing too much?

    I hate to admit it but I cough way too much when i smoke weed. I smoke daily, sometimes four or five times in one day.

    Last night I after smoking I coughed so hard I felt something pull by my ribs on the right side. (I've seen a doctor and I've had blood work).

    I smoke out of a glass bong and I've been trying to keep it clean. I think I chug too hard because I caugh most of the time. I've even thrown up because of it .

    I don't want to stop smoking. I like to be high on my time off and it helps with depression. I could use some advice.

    Edibles.
    5x the effects per mg and last 10 times as long.
    I stopped toking about 8 years ago and went to a near pure edible oil routine.
    1 hash capsule every 12 hours and I'm stoned 24-7-365.

    your bong is probably producing milky/stale hits. probably due to a percolator/ or the shape of the bong restricting the smoke.

    like I'll list the obvious ideas that come to mind...

    take smaller hits
    try a different bong
    try a pipe
    roll a joint
    roll a blunt
    take some edibles
    get some shatter/wax
    try some distillate

    Use ice in your bong you can take whatever size rip & it shouldn't make you cough since it's cool smoke lol
