In the last few days, all 4 of my seeds have broken the soil. Two did so very early this morning so I haven't expected them to open yet. One of the first two that opened is fine and fully opened (besides the fact that the cotyledons are different sizes, is that bad?) but the other one has been above the soil for the same time and it still hasn't opened. It seems like there's something translucent holding it closed. The seed casing has stayed below the soil for most of the sprouts and for the other one, it's fallen off. What is the normal time for the cotyledons to open and should I be worried/should I start a new seed? All help very much appreciated, cheers.
Those must be some good seeds to dmerge that fast. Different size is a ok. I'ld just give it time. gl
I had them germinating in paper towels for 36 hours first, they're DP's Skunk #11. Thanks for a bit of peace of mind
