Depends on what tattoo parlor you go to, I'd say you'd be looking at anywhere from $100-$400 but that's from the land of overpriced goodness (Australia) might be different where you're from.
Half sleeve, solid black, probably 300-500. Depends how long it takes, and if you do it in 1 or 2 sessions.
