Thinking of moving to Denver or a suburb next winter if I save enough cash. I work in Kansas 10mo. of the year and would like to get a pad with a one or two of my buddies that I also work with (same ambitions) - Snowboarding/pot/music/like minding folks/scenic and a lot of opportunities out there. Im curious how much it would be roughly to live modestly in or around that area.
