I want to let you know smoking in public is still illegal but depending on where you are it's probably not that enforced
Smoked my pipe on my porch and a cop rolled by and it was obvious I was smoking and he just waved lol. All of them around here are chill
I have been high on multiple encounters with police, and was in possession of under 5 grams before the law was even passed and I wasn't questioned or searched. Moral of the story, act cool around cops or don't give them any reason to think you're high and they won't even bother to search you.
