last night i dropped my girl off at midnight and was on my way home. i havent smoked in two months but still had a pipe in my truck. i took a turn to wide and hit a curb and fucked up my front axle. the cops came and breathalized me and i was clean. they had a k9 unit so i told them about the pipe and they found it. they charged me with an unsafe turn and possession of paraphernalia. this is my second offense, the first with possession of alcohol, within a year. what do you think will happend?
as long as youre not in diversion right now there'll probably just be a small fine, but it depends on where you live
