coping with high tolerance?

Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by iamthemeg, Sep 21, 2009.

  1. i don't make too much money, so smoking a gram a day is really pushing it for me. plus, i barely even get high anymore.

so, i've decided to *try* and cut back! but, do you have any neat suggestions for like, teas or neat tricks to help with tolerance? i was also wondering if maybe doing some sort of cleansing detox would help?

  2. Take a T break and then buy a glass one hitter. You can smoke and get high as hell with out smoking to much weed.

  3. my tolerence was extremely high like a month and a half ago but for the past while i stopped buying weed bye the oz and smoked alot less and now im getting super high lol its awsome

  4. I second the one-hitter approach. It worked wonders for me when I had a high tolerance.

  5. take a break, i know thats not ideal but really its sooooooooooooooooo worth it
id say 2 weeks free and then a 2/3 times a week for a month your highs are way way better and will consistently get better for that month
youll save money and weed and maybe not go back to everyday smoking

  6. Eat right and drink a lot of water.

Also, detoxing every now and then helps. A shot of wheat grass juice once a week couldn't hurt.

Switching from sugary sodas to juices helps too.

cool, thanks for the rough estimate of time. i wasn't sure what length of time would be best to receive the most benefit

i've gone to making my own tea blends and just adding a drop or two of stevia. i've gotten to the point where i can't stand too much sugar :-D

one of my friends tried some sort of lemon juice and something mix, i don't remember, for like a week. know anything about that?
