So winter has come to an end where I'm at. My closet temps are starting to creep up. It's only been mid to high 70s outside but grow temps are in the high 70s. Considering I have 100+ degree summer days to look forward too I know I need to do something about this ASAP.

    Closet is 7.5x5x8ft

I have an 8000 BTU LG portable AC that's been just fine and a couple fans inside to keep the air circulating all over including one on the driver for my big quantum board.

I used a 4 inch fan and some ducting to route an AC vent from the house into the closet. Its definitely solved the issue but I'm not sure if blasting my entire house AC all the time is gonna be the most cost effective solution in the long run. Anyone else have similar issues with their grow space that they have figured out? Would love some ideas. Not trying to go buy a whole new AC. 20190321_195415.jpg 20190321_195405.jpg 20190321_195147.jpg 20190321_195136.jpg

  2. I don't know your whole situation, but I made some evaporative coolers. Works great with low humidity.

    Cooling down hot tent a/c?

I've got the perfect solution for you. I live in the Nevada desert and have similar problems. I made 5 gal bucket evaporative coolers. Easy to get parts from Amazon. I'll post links to what I used I a couple hours.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Sent from my XT1093 using Tapatalk
