Cool Tube VS. Air Cooled Hood ?!?!?

    Hey guys, I wanted to know what light is better overall for my setup. I'm using this tent :

    What light is the best an Air Cooled Hood or a Cool Tube both are apollo brand 600w hps.

    hood because it reflects more light

    Tube forces more air around hot lamp keeping temp lower but both better then open lamp lol
