Cool mist humidifier?

    So I was looking at the DIY Humidifier /cooler ... neat.

    is this the same as a cool mist humidifer? Would a Cool mist humidifier from Walmart bring down temperatures at all?

    Oh I was also wondering, I use an Air-ventilated enclosed Sun System 2... Which pulls Air from inside the grow room... Will Fog/Mist be pulled into the light and ballast and cause problems?

    Water + electricity = bad?

    Help me out before I buy something that could cause a fire or blow my bulb.
