I'll start ND, USA First offence Manufacturing marijuana less than 100 approx 40 (before sexing) 3 mths jail 2 mths outpatient treatment 3 yrs probation (tests every mnth$30) $500 fine $5,000 lawyer plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz share your experience
A fluke stupid reason is why I got busted. no narcs or anything like that. One thing led to another from something minor to "oh fuck I left my pipe out for all to see" thing. I failed 2 piss tests while on probation. The warning for the first and 6 weeks in jail the 2nd and another 12 months of piss tests. Now equaling 52 mths of testys. While in jail I was fortunate to still work. They call it "work release". Being that my boss was a good man he did'nt fire me or anything. Otherwise sitting that jail time would of blowed.
srry for dbl posting. The plea agreement to say I was guilty so this could end right then and no more court and no jury. The plea agreement was to do 2 years in the State pen (my sweet g/f too). OH no we said "F*cK That" and went to court. It cost my g/f 5,000$ also but she got way less than I did. So between the both of us we ended up paying courts fines and lawyer some $14,000 for growing some pot. pretty shitty
