CONVERT Medium base to mogul?

    Hello everyone. This is a newb question. I have a Sun System Hps light w/ a Sun System 400 watt ballast. The hood has a medium base socket. Can I change the medium to a mogul socket. Ive noticed there are more bulb selections with the mogul setup.

    You can replace the sockets but I would not recommend getting any adapter. There's just two wires and a ground...not too hard. Just need to buy a mogal socket
