Has anyone ever heard or have any information about this maker? or even own a piece? I've only ever seen the recycler and a skillet rig the size of a lighter. I know its probably out of my price range though where does one get Contrabasso glass and at what price? (unless he, her or they are a custom maker that does not sell)
Contrabasso is a beast. I think he worked under hamm for awhile but from what I know his recylers are pretty pricey but totally worth the cash. There's a couple vids on youtube just look him up
He's a boss and yes his glass is expensive. Just a basic clear scalloped cycler will run you atleast $400.
My girlfriend has a few of his pieces, either from KS or CO (I forget) I'll have to get some pics when I get home, but yeah, REALLY nice stuff
Basso is a boss, he has some real talent. His basic recyclers (not the scalloped ones) start at around 500$ then it goes up quick from there. His work is in high demand and could be hard to find. He would probably not do a custom unless you knew him or were looking to spend some serious $$.
