The recalled products include pre-rolled joints sold or given away as promotional items to consumers from Feb. 10 to Sept. 30, most of which were labeled “MoonRock blunt.” Along with the recall, the agency also announced a summary suspension of Green Culture's medical and recreational marijuana licenses. "This conduct is a risk to public health and safety and is completely unacceptable,” Brian Hanna, acting executive director of the CRA said Tuesday in a news release.
