    Hi.............

    after being advised to get a contactor, were can i get one from ?can i buy them localey and how much should i be looking to spend.

    I burnt out about 4 plug-in timers befor getting the solution, just need to know what light you have?

    Shouldn't really need a "contact" with a 250W HPS, a good quality 24hr mechanical timer will do, but if you want to look at a good site for growing equipment then have a look at this one, i have never had problems with them ever!

    i had to get a immersion heater timer for about £12 there rated higher than plug-in ones no probs since! Local electrical wholesales sell them
