Constant PPM and PH rising through res change

Dumped res and added 35gallons of tap water ph'd @ 5.7(3times)
Running an oxygen pot ebb flow bucket system... water clears half of the net pot. PPM and ph still climbing. Saturating for 1.5 min every hour; then drain to res.

ph climbs 10, and ph climbs .1-.2
