Just that start with x number of plants and move x number of plants from one chamber to the next at said intervals so that you harvest at the end... You may need to have several sets in each chamber to get where you need to be in schedule with plants (Included photo is from a Google search)
If you have a separate veg and flower room you could germinate 1 or 2 plants at a time then every 2 or 3 weeks germinate more
