    Not the first person to say they've seen heaven. Just cause hes a harvard grad neurosurgeon doesn't make him infallible or incapable of lying.

    I like to picture the afterlife as one, long, continuous, lucid dream mixed with some sort of out of body experience and just the ever present feeling of serenity.

    im being somewhat scarcastic in the op, i think its still a good sign either way if this neurosurgeon said that

    i mean, the idea of endless nonexistence sounds hellish and terrifying tbh but thats prolly just from this end of life. i bet when it actually happens its gonna feel real good, like being asleep after a long day.
