  1. is there truly any harm to weed? im in high school right now and its summer, and ive been smoking everyday. people say there are no negatives, while others say its only short term memory. What are the consequences of smoking weed, and if there is none then why do companies and jobs drug test and care so much if you have anything regarding weed on your transcript?

  2. it's illegal.

  3. This.

  4. Of course there can be consequences. Mostly there due to smoking. Through my own research I've found the health impacts to be mostly inconsequential. The thing about short term memory is probably true. Helps you not obsess over stupid shit. Companies drug test not because of your health, but because they see you as a liability if your under the influence of anything.

  5. This. And some simple minded people believe the propaganda. Also, employers don't want a decrease in productivity and performance at your workplace due to "laziness" stemming from marijuana use. :)

  6. reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally?

  7. THey care because they think every person that does illegal drugs is a bad person which is false.
