Like Lay Low said, these types of legislation are just show. Most of them make their money outside of their paychecks.
Oh goodie, now they're financially liable for ensuring they pass some budget with no doubt HUGE deficits. They try to make it seem like this has something to do with balancing the budget, which is doesnt.
Wait so... they're asking congress if they want to keep getting paid for doing nothing... and this is ... possibly going to pass? theres no way they vote "yea ill work for my pay because i am a man of dignity and honor." HAH. what a waste of paper
