Congrats to Guam, Alaska, Oregon and DC. Florida - if you want something done, you need to do it yourself - don't let another weed initiative get all wrapped up in local politics like this did. It was a terrible initiative and I was disappointed to see so many desperate folks supporting it, but you'll be much better off in the long run.
I want to see a vid of somebody smokin a J outside the whitehouse. NOT on federal proporty, but with the whitehouse or the capitol in the background. Does DC allow smoking on federal land? can you guys have a 420 party on the washington mall?
No, it's not allowed on Federal property but where most people actually live. So it's okay to smoke in 3 quarters of D.C.
