so i though about this today and figured that they really fuck you and push the conditional discharge on you on your first possession charge. what sucks is that most people that do get caught are younger and will not get as severe of penalties if they just take the charge, therefore saving that conditional discharge incase you get caught again later in life. I was thinking if I knew better when I was younger I would definitely do that. Cheers.
