okay so I just need a little advice from anyone who's been on conditional discharge, specially in NJ. I got busted for a small posession charge, got put on conditional discharge, paid all my fines, met with my PO a little over a month later (was supposed to be 3 months after by I'm leaving for college), pissed clean, and basically told me I wouldn't have to come in again but that he could randomly call me up for a drug test, like go to a testing center. I've heard that if you're clean after the first meeting they leave u alone, is that true? Otherwise how much do they test you? Any experience is greatly appreciated.
No, that is not true. Play like they will test you daily. I survived years of probation, I was literally on probation from 16 until I was 23.
