So im concernerned in which i could get caught growing for heavy weed smell leaking out of my grow room, Ok so to give you guys an idea on what im working with ,as my setup i have 2 pots im looking to grow 2 mini bonsai trees in 1Pot lets say tall wise 3'5-4'0 So It doesnt root bound, & 2Pot a 7'5-8 plant im using 3 air purifiers contains black carbon rocks.
Ps. 2mini plants the strains is blueberry×Predator pink×Purple punch ; Nothern lights× Purple punch my other tall 1 would be the Mango Sherbert.
well you will need 2 lights if 1 pot is 7.5 ft tall and the other is 3.5 i dont understand the rootbound part but anyways if it is a sealed tent with exhaust the only smell will be whenever you open the tent and wherever your exhaust goes too
When you say air purifiers, what do you mean? You will need a carbon filter in an enclosed area, with exhaust, to manage smell. Photo of your setup?
One fairly cheap way is to get a 20 inch box fan, they sell for about 20-25 bucks. Then get a 20 inch air filter that is rated MERV12 and simply tape it to the input side of the fan. For under 50 bucks, good odor control.
Have you done this during flower? What area? I don't believe in this. The proper equipment is the only way.
Did someone say ONLY. There's more than 1 way to skin a cat. Plants are gonna smell, during flower, if the smell can be dissapated once outside by the branches of trees/schrubs it may be detected but from where???
NO not at all. I just don't use them. If I lived in an apartment, that would be another story. Just cuz someone can smell something doesn't mean they know where it's coming from, like a fart.
Are you growing in a room in your home and the concern is who will smell it outside your home? Or are you trying to manage smell so that you don't smell it in other areas of your home?
I actually live in a complex building I live, on the end corner thank God I don't have to deal with the middle man on the 2nd floor that would be heated in seconds, I will show you the distance from the other building next to ours not sure if it will travel that far with my windows locked sealed??
Not legal dump them not worth it . Legal time to man up buy a good carbon filter for 100. Then you can grow everyday not worry about this bullshit . Somebody calls on you . There kids are getting sick from it . Its very common . knock knock . We smell weed. Depending on where you live . Police can come in to secure the area . Not take pics or look around buy kick you out of the apartment secure you . Then . Police get a search warrant in a few minutes . Then the police come in bust you . This is how it works today in some areas . Smell weed sure no search buy warrant made in minutes . Police get sick of the shit with apartment growers smells up the area . I would talk to you then you would tell me to screw off then i would call the cops . I use carbons so should you respect others what if somebody was baking red curry all day and night onions 24/7 is that ok ?
Yes of course I have done it during flower. It uses a MERV 12 filter. I suggest you look that up since you don't seem to understand what that means exactly, it is very specific. You can stand in the flower room (oh yes, I have a dedicated flower room and a dedicated veg room) and not smell it. Same with the drying room, yeah I have one of those too. DGAF if you believe it or not. You just keep right on spending hundreds of dollars when 50 does just as well or better.
