compressed buds

    hey everyone!
    i scored some orange kush for pretty cheap and i was just wondering about it.
    it's dank. like two hits make me feel quite nice. its got trichomes (although i have seen more) and its really hairy.
    i was just wondering... the buds are really compressed. is there a reason why that is?

    vacuum packed? had something heavy on top of it? could be a number of reasons.

    oh, alright. thanks. idk, i've heard that compressed usually equals crappy.

    Usually, but not always. The buds could be water cured [who does that?] and they'll be a little danker in terms of being all sticky and pressed together. Generally though, the less stress that the nug takes on its way to you, the better ;p

    Compressed buds also can mean that it's a cash crop or beasters. No telling without a picture though.
